Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Apeloig Collection product. If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the receipt of the product as indicated by courier notification. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment. Shipping and handling costs (if any) will not be refunded.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please take extra care when packing fragile products to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. 

Non-Returnable Items:

Clearance items, engraved items, and scrolls are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to make a return

If you wish to make a return, use our Return Management System.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange, use our Return Management System or call us at 786.471.4091.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the item back we will charge for any price difference (if necessary) and ship the requested exchange. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damaged Merchandise

We do everything we can to ensure that your Apeloig Collection product arrives safely on your doorstep. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it arrives in less than perfect condition, we’ll be happy to replace your order. Please email us a photo depicting the nature of the damage within 30 days of receiving your merchandise if possible.

Returning a Gift

If you receive an Apeloig Collection product as a gift and wish to return it without letting the person who gave it to you know, simply email us at info@apeloigcollection.com within 30 days of receiving your gift. We’ll be happy to issue store credit equal to the cost of the merchandise you’d like to return.

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Shipping and handling costs (if any) will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
