Scheck Hillel Community School Athletic Center, Miami FL

These mezuzot were specially designed for the new Athletic Center at the Scheck Hillel Community school. The Athletic Center’s architecture emulates a torch shape inspired by the Olympic games. The custom mezuzah was designed to pay tribute to this torch theme. Three sizes, all in the color blue, were created for varying door sizes throughout the school. The mezuzah created for the main entrance features the school logo in stainless steel with a stainless steel letter Shin, shaped like a flame to resemble an Olympic torch. The other 2 sizes feature the school logo, laser etched on acrylic.

David Posnack Jewish Day School, Davie FL

The design of the mezuzah for the new David Posnack jewish day school was inspired by the schools tree of life logo. As you can see in the images, the shape of the mezuzah resembles the shape of a leaf from the tree. The school logo was adapted to suit the shape of the mezuzah and was laser etched on the blue acrylic that represents the school’s official color.

Chabad Lubavitch Aventura South, Aventura FL

The design of the mezuzah for the new Chabad Lubavitch Aventura South Synagogue was inspired by the temple’s menorah logo, which appears continuously throughout the interiors designed by the renowned interior designers Eduardo Tawil and Miriam Tabacinic. As you can see in the images, the shape of the mezuzah is rectangular to maintain the clean lines of the architectural design of the temple and has 3 etched curved lines that resemble a modern “shin”. The mezuzah cases where done in white for the white doorframes and honey for the walnut wood doorframes to give importance to the scrolls, which look like they float over the doors.

Shaarei Bina Torah Academy for Girls

These mezuzot were specially designed for the new location of the Shaarei Bina Torah Academy for Girls School. The mezuzah was designed to match the modern, feminine, delicate and minimalistic interior design of the school. Two sizes, all in the color pink, were created for varying door sizes throughout the school. The schools initials and parts of the logo are laser engraved in blue over the pink acrylic.

MAR JCC

The design of the mezuzah for the new JCC Building was inspired by the building’s architecture and interior design. The shape of the mezuzah resembles the shape of the building signs outside of each door. The MAR JCC logo was adapted to suit the shape of the mezuzah and was laser etched on the gray acrylic mezuzah cases.

SAR: Salanter Akiba Riverdale Academy

SAR Academy is a coeducational, private Modern Orthodox Jewish day school located in the Riverdale section of the New York City borough of the Bronx. We put together a personalized design for SAR Academy's mezuzah cases. The custom order was inspired by their colorful school logo. It includes a variety of medium and large mezuzah cases chosen in yellow, red, purple, green and blue, all colors featured on their bright emblem. Not only do the mezuzah case colors reflect their school spirit, we also added an engraving of their logo to the bottom section of each case. We are very proud to have these mezuzot hung on every door at SAR Academy and to play a role in the protection of the school.

Maguen David Adom Ramla, Israel

Magen David Adom is Israel’s ambulance, blood-services, and disaster-relief organization, serving as emergency medical first responders for the state’s 9 million people.  A custom mezuzah case was carefully designed to evoke the building’s modern aesthetic,
particularly the facade. The color red and the letters are a reference to blood types and communicate the organization’s desire to embrace feelings of inclusiveness that all blood types are welcomed. Three sizes were created for this project. The small mezuzah cases will be hanged in the new MDA Building in Israel. The medium mezuzah is packaged in a specially designed box with a magnetic acrylic stand and will be gifted to donors in the UK and USA. The mezuzah has magnets and donors can decide if they want to hang the mezuzah on their doors or keep it on the stand as an award.

Flagstaff Chabad, Flagstaff, Arizona

The design of the mezuzah for Flagstaff Chabad was laser etched to mimic the striking linear pattern of the synagogue’s Aron Hakodesh. Four colors were presented including black, white, honey, and gray. Each color is hanged in a different area of the building to match its interiors.

The Alexander Grass Campus for Jewish Life, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania

The Alexander Grass Campus for Jewish Life is a 6+ acres campus and six spacious buildings in Harrisburg that will provide ample space for a multitude of educational, cultural, philanthropic, and wellness programs for people 6 months to 106 years old. These mezuzah cases were created as donor gifts for early supporters of the campus. The Grass Campus's logo combines the eternal flame with a vibrant color palette to communicate the energy, vitality, and longevity of the campus, all of which were incorporated in the design of the mezuzah. The logo was designed to connect with the Jewish community without alienating others, as the Grass Campus will offer programs and services to a diverse community of people.
